On September 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs from C; (b) executed a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs; (c) executed the dilution to one of the above injection devices; and (d) injected it into the Defendant’s arms.

3. At around 22:00 on October 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a single injection device containing approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs from D; (b) received a single injection device from D; (c) dilution one of the said injection devices into the Defendant’s arms and administered them, after having been injected into the Defendant’s arms.

[Facts of the cause of medical treatment and custody] The defendant is judged to be a person who has been addicted to psychotropic drugs, such as medication of camphones each year before or after the suspension period of the execution due to the medication of Mecamscam, or addicted to Mecamscams, and there is a need to receive medical treatment at the medical treatment and custody facility, and there is a risk of recidivism.
