A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2009, the Defendant is a person who violated the regulations on prohibition of drinking, such as receiving a fine of KRW 1.5 million from the same court on July 25, 201 to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime, in a case where a person violates the regulations on prohibition of drinking, at least twice, due to a violation of road traffic laws (driving) in the Changwon District Court’s territorial branch branch on March 16,

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.206% in blood, found that the Defendant parked the vehicle in front of the Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, on June 15, 2018, without locking the door of FSP car owned by the victim E, while driving the said vehicle in approximately approximately 200 meters from the above place to the front road of the same Gu without the victim’s consent.
