A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On May 24, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least ten months in the Gwangju District Court; on May 24, 2018; and on May 23, 2019, in the night building intrusion larceny; and on April 3, 2020, the Defendant completed the execution of the above final sentence on October 13, 2020, with prison labor for at least eight months for larceny.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant, after having been sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times, committed larceny and special larceny, such as intrusion upon a structure as follows during the period of repeated crime, theft, etc.

1. Larceny;

A. On December 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 12:48, Naju-si, Dong-dong 19, Dong-dong, Dong-dong 19-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong 19-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong 720,000 the total market price owned by the victim D, who is the husband of B, was set up within the bit CM3 car.

B. On December 19, 2020, around 14:18, 2020, the Defendant stolen the Defendant, having one electric bicycle of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,500,000 at the market price owned by the victim, who was set up at the victim F, in front of his residence located in the victim F, located in Naju-si.

2. Special larceny;

A. On December 8, 2020, the Defendant got into a container owned by the victim H in Nam-gu Gwangju-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju-gu. On December 14, 2020, at around 21:00, the Defendant shouldered the glass window with the stone located on the floor in a container owned by the victim L, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju.
