Around 22:50 on January 22, 2013, the Defendant driven a B low-priced car volume at a section of about 300 meters from the front of the Daejeon Pungdong Seafarer-dong cafeteria to the front of the same diesel apartment house, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.160% of blood alcohol concentration.
