A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a quasi-indecent act by force at the Busan District Court on March 11, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. At around 21:00 on January 1, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim C (Nam, 21 years of age) in the previous prison room in the front prison room in the front-gu, 2034, the front-ro, the front-ro, the front-ro, the front-ro, the front-ro, and the victim C (Nam, South and 21 years of age) who was under confinement in the front-ro of the Defendant, by taking advantage of the crebbbbbs and the victim’s left part by hand.

Around January 4, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim C (manam and 21 years of age) who was under confinement at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1). On February 22, 2019, around 02:40 on February 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim E (Nam, 60 years of age) who was being accommodated in the same prison room in the front line of the Defendant; (b) continuously bucks the victim’s left side by taking advantage of crebs and bucks; and (c) even if the victim’s bucks and bucks left side of the victim’s bucks and bucks, the Defendant forced the victim to take the bucks and bucks

On April 23, 2019, around 02:30 on April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) in the former prison in the former prison; (b) the victim G (39 years of age) who was being confined in the same prison was locked by a cresh; and (c) the victim’s sexual organ continues to fall by hand from the lock to the victim’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.
