Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) moved the part of the instant commercial building security personnel to a place set up by the victim D to prevent the surrounding street, and (b) moved the part of the said commercial building to a place set up, and (c) moved the part of the kne, knee, knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee kne, etc., requiring approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.
