Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person engaged in driving a F dump truck, and Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a GM5 vehicle.

1. On November 14, 2017, Defendant A driven the above truck at around 14:35, and, at the speed of about 97 km from the string to the west Si, the sloping distance, located on the west-si Myeon of Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do, the Defendant proceeded at the speed of about 14 km from the west-si to the west-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, caused the victim H to death in the same place due to brain damage, and caused the victim L(49 years of age) who was on the head of the above taxi to suffer from blood frighting away from the credit props that require approximately four weeks medical treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim J, such as chills and tensions that require approximately three-day medical treatment, and the victim M& (e.g., f5 years of age) who was accompanied by the victim M& (e., f5 years of age) who was on the head of the above benz car.
