1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months, and the above sentence shall be executed for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A. The Defendant: (a) provided a manager page of an online gambling site by a person who operates his or her name in an unsound room to take charge of gambling to an unspecified number of people; and (b) offered money equivalent to 2% of the money he/she displayed by gambling persons as a commission to receive a fee from the operator of the online gambling site.

In collusion with the above operator from June 2015 to January 7, 2016, the Defendant operated the gambling site by operating the illegal gambling site (E) on the first floor located in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, in which the Defendant received cash from many unspecified gamblings and deposited the money into the company bank account in the name of e.g., e., the Plaintiff deposited the money, and then again receive cyber money and re-deposit it to gamblings, and let gamblings do so at the above site.
