Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2017, the Defendant came to know that the victim D(19 years of age) was about to start from the signal at the front of C in front of C on September 2017, 2017, and there was a dispute.

피해자에게 다가가 “야 이 씨발놈아. 병신 같은게. 뭘 꼬라봐 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 오른손으로 피해자의 멱살을 1회 잡아 흔들고 머리를 1회 가격하여 폭행하였다.
