Defendant did not pay KRW 8,970,000, total wage of six retired workers within 14 days from the date of retirement, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, as well as KRW 1,830,00,00 of G wage retired from the above enterprise as an employee from August 7, 2016 to October 24, 2016.
