Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff entered into a comprehensive implementation contract with the non-party-party-party-Dongdong-gate F reconstruction Business Association (hereinafter “instant association”) which promoted a market reconstruction project on the size of 4,144.3 square meters in Jung-gu, Seoul and Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, which is the land for the Dongdaemun-gu market and D market, on an overall implementation contract for the new construction of the “G commercial building,” and then leased and sold the said new commercial building (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).
