Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall employ any foreigner who has no qualification to sojourn in the Republic of Korea to engage in employment activities.

From June 11, 2015 to July 6, 2015, the Defendant employed the E of Thailand’s nationality, which was a recycling business entity located in Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, with no qualification to engage in job-seeking activities, at “D”, at the intervals of KRW 1.4 million per month.

In addition, the Defendant employed three foreigners who were not eligible to engage in job-seeking activities in the aforementioned three-time manner, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

However, the defendant's mistake is divided into his own mistake, the circumstances in which the defendant employed workers who are the attitudes of this case, and other circumstances revealed in the arguments of this case shall be determined as above in consideration of the fact that the defendant's mistake is divided, and the punishment shall be determined as above.
