The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. Each land listed in the separate sheet during the Japanese occupation point period (hereinafter “each land of this case”). When referring to the individual land, each land listed in the separate sheet was converted to the area unit after the forest investigation by attaching the sequence thereto, but all the land listed in the separate sheet is indicated as shown in the separate sheet without distinguishing before and after the conversion of the area unit.

G and H received the circumstances as co-owners.

B. The Plaintiff’s Choun G died on October 15, 1956, and the Plaintiff, who succeeded to G, by inheritance of G, with G’s male net I.

C. The land cadastre of each of the instant lands was destroyed and lost, and the land cadastre was restored on December 30, 1965, and at the time, G was restored to its owner. Since then, J made the change of the owner on July 29, 1989 in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for Restoration and Preservation Registration, etc. of Unclaimed Land in the Gu Uniform Area (Act No. 3627, Dec. 31, 1982; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

K completed the registration of initial ownership (hereinafter referred to as the “registration of initial ownership”) of each of the instant lands in accordance with the Act on Special Measures on November 10, 1989.

K has completed the registration of transfer of ownership for the instant land to L on March 11, 1998, based on the sale and purchase as of March 2, 1998, and L has completed the registration of transfer of ownership for each of the instant land to Defendant B and C on September 17, 2018.

E. On July 19, 191, K completed the registration of ownership transfer for the land of this case to Defendant E on the ground of a donation made on July 19, 191. On July 19, 191, K completed the registration of ownership transfer for the land of this case on the ground of a donation made on July 19, 191 to Defendant D on July 19, 191, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for the land of this case on June 7, 199 to Defendant F on June 7, 199.
