Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Busan District Court on August 19, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 19, 2016.

On January 4, 2016, around 04:43, the Defendant stolen it with a cellular phone of an amount equivalent to 2.50,000 won at the market price owned by the victim D, which had been gameed in the CPC located in Busan Northern-gu B, Busan.
