Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company with the main purpose of manufacturing and selling motor vehicles and their parts with a factory in Pyeongtaek-si and Changwon. The plaintiffs were employees who were employed in providing labor in the manufacturing process of motor vehicles, who belong to a movable company company, a Young-si Factory Co., Ltd., a company affiliated with the defendant's Pyeongtaek-si Factory Co., Ltd., a company affiliated with the defendant's Pyeongtaek-si Factory Co., Ltd., (hereinafter "Co., Ltd."), a reputation unemployment company, and a newcheon-Tech Ltd. (hereinafter "Co., Ltd.").
B. The Plaintiffs’ employment relationship with the Plaintiffs is as follows.
1) On September 23, 2003, Plaintiff A joined a movable company, worked in the Defendant’s body 1 team attachment process even in the Defendant’s body factory, and was placed in the vehicle 2 team Rolos new line around February 2004, and was discharged from office on May 17, 2009 while performing the same duties after the affiliation was changed to a permanent company on May 9, 2005. Plaintiff B was employed in a permanent company on October 1, 2003, and worked in the Defendant’s prefabricated 4 team prefabricated flurs installation process in the Defendant’s design factory. On April 9, 2004, Plaintiff B was dismissed from office on March 31, 2009.
3) On October 21, 2002, Plaintiff C joined a movable company and worked in the Defendant’s body 1 team coconscion process in the Defendant’s body factory as well as in the Defendant’s body 1 team coconscion process on January 2005. On February 1, 2007, Plaintiff C changed to a new body 2 team WBC (on April 27, 2009, Plaintiff C was dismissed from office at the new body 2 team WBC (on November 21, 2001, moving from the body 2nd team in the Defendant’s body 2nd team in the body factory to the body 4nd unit in the design assembly process, and work in the Defendant’s body 4th unit in the design assembly process in the factory as of April 208, 200.
