Punishment of the crime

The defendant is driving a PP car.

On March 18, 2014, at around 23:02, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately two kilometers from the front of the window station located in the same Gu forest dong in the middle-gu Seoul metropolitan city to the front of the window station located in the same Gu forest dong, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.07% of blood alcohol level.
