Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
However, as to the Defendants for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On January 12, 2018, the Defendants were sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment of Defendant A was finalized on January 20, 2018, and Defendant B on March 27, 2018.
[2] Criminal facts consisting of the following: (a) the Bosishing organization that manages the general responsibility of name 7350 [2017 High Order 7350] by deceiving victims by deceiving them to provide loans by telephone to many unspecified victims; (b) the inducement of the victims by deceiving them; (c) the solicitation of the victims to receive damages from the victims; (d) the delivery of the solicitation of the accounts to recruit the large-scale account; and (e) the delivery of the access media connected to the large-scale account; and (e) the withdrawal of the damages from the said access media; and (e) the withdrawal of the damages from the said organization.
On May 2016, the Defendants responded to the proposal that Kwikseter would offer KRW 150,00 per day when operating a call center from “F”, which he became aware of through the Internet job seeking site, to have Kwikseter deliver the check card.

On October 27, 2016, the Defendants conspired to collect from Kwikset Articles a physical card connected to the I Account of Kwikset Articles under the direction of the aforesaid “F” at the seat of the Defendants located in G of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, and called to Kwikset Articles.
