1. In order to the Plaintiff, the Defendant indicated in the attached Form 28, 29, 30, 31, and 28 among the area of 127 square meters in Jeju-si, Jeju-si.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff owned 4691m2 (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”) prior to Jeju-si, Jeju-si, but entered into a sales contract with E on July 6, 1994, stating that the instant land before the instant subdivision is sold at KRW 25.7 million (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

At the time, the instant sales contract was stipulated as “a contract will be concluded except for two graveyards 180 square meters,” and on the same day, the Plaintiff and E concluded a sales contract on July 6, 1994 with respect to the land prior to the division except for the size of two seedlings 180 square meters for the Plaintiff’s relatives, and agree to register the division at any time for the above 180 square meters.”

B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 22, 1994 with respect to the land before the instant partition.

C. Since then, the land before the instant partition was divided into 2275 square meters prior to Jeju-si, F road 103 square meters, G 1086 square meters prior to G, and C previous 1227 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). D. The land before the instant partition became divided and land category change.

With respect to the instant land, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on June 27, 2013 due to the inheritance due to the consultation and division in the H, and the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on December 22, 2006 on the instant land by the Defendant on December 4, 2006.

E. On the instant D land, the Plaintiff’s mother’s grave was installed, respectively, on the instant land, on the part (D) part of 221 square meters in the ship (hereinafter “instant part”) connected with each point of the attached Form Nos. 28, 29, 30, 31, and 28, among the instant land.
