1. The Defendants:

A. As to the 1/2 shares of real estate listed in [Attachment 1] No. 1 to Plaintiff A:

1. Facts without dispute;

A. E purchased real estate listed in Appendix 1 [Attachment 1] and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its future on December 21, 2012.

(W) The real estate is composed of land and a building on the ground. (b) The real estate is composed of land and a building on the ground.

E has purchased the real estate listed in the [Attachment 1] No. 2 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 11, 2014.

(F) - The building at Sejong-si shall be inherited to three persons. (F) - The building at Sejong-si shall be assigned to three persons.

The spouse, C, 1/4 shall be married, and 2/4 shall be succeeded to A, while the remaining two-fourths shall be succeeded to A.

- The F-Myeon Building (G, H) shall be inherited to two persons.

One half of the total amount of inheritance shall be inherited to Female, while one half of the total amount of inheritance shall be inherited to Female D.

C. On May 5, 2018, E prepared a will book and signed and sealed the date of preparation, its address and name at the end.

(hereinafter referred to as “the will of this case”). Among them, matters related to Sejong City and F-do real estate shall be as follows:

E, after preparing a will letter, died on June 10, 2018.

(hereinafter referred to as “E.” The Plaintiffs are the women of the deceased, and Defendant C is the deceased’s spouse, and Defendant D is the only child of the deceased.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The plaintiffs' assertion 1) E bequeathed 1/2 of the Sejong City Real Estate (Land and Building) to the plaintiff Eul, and 1/2 of the F-type Real Estate (Land, Building, and dry field) to the plaintiff Eul. Although E stated in a will book as " Sejong City Building" and "F-type Building", it is reasonable to interpret that E includes not only the building itself but also the land but also the land in the case of "F-type Building" and includes the adjacent dry field in the case of "F-type Building. 2) Accordingly, the defendants are in accordance with the deceased's will on June 10, 2018, according to the deceased's will on June 10, 2018, to the plaintiff Eul, as to the 1/2 share of the Sejong City Real Estate, and the 1/2 share of the F-type Real Estate in the plaintiff Eul.
