1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant F, G, H, I, J, K, and L are written in the attached Form No. 806 square meters of inheritance among the 806 square meters of Ma in North-gu, Northern-gu, Ma.

1. Basic facts

A. The former 806 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in North-gu, Northern-gu, Ma is unregistered, and became a circumstance in the name of N on August 12, 1913.

B.O resided in the above P and cultivated the instant land from around 1925. After O (Death on October 9, 1958) died, Qu, South Korea, continued to cultivate the instant land.

The plaintiff has been delegated by Q Q from 197 to ever cultivated and managed the land in this case.

C. Meanwhile, as Q Q died on September 30, 207, Defendant E, his wife’s children, and Defendant B, C, and D (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant B, etc.”) jointly inherited Q’s property.

In addition, N died on May 29, 1962, and Defendant F, G, H, I, J, K, L (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant F, etc.”) and R, and S jointly inherited N’s property.

2. Determination as to the claim against the defendant B, etc.

A. The fact that the Plaintiff purchased the instant land from Q on April 26, 2007 for the price of KRW 10 million (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) from the Plaintiff and Q. There is no dispute between the parties to the contract.

Therefore, unless there are other special circumstances, Defendant B, etc., the inheritor of Q, is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on sale as of April 26, 2007, as to the final inheritance shares of each of the pertinent Defendant listed in the separate sheet of calculation of shares in inheritance among the land in this case.
