Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On January 16, 2016, at around 01:03, the Defendant taken the body of another person, who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using mobile phone camera functions owned by the Defendant at the entrance of a bath in Jeju, and taken the body of another person against his/her will, using a camera or other devices with similar functions, which used the mobile phone camera functions.

In February 2016, the Defendant failed to submit changed information without justifiable grounds, even though he/she moved his/her place of residence from the end of Jeju to the H (or below the Jeju city).
