1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Jinjin Construction Co., Ltd.: KRW 55,602,372 and its related thereto from January 10, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s position as the party concerned. The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s apartment of Jinskdong-ri 333, Jinskdong-ri, Busan-gun, Busan-gun.

(2) For the management of 228 households, Defendant Jinjin Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Jinjin Construction”) is a company that constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Defendant Jinjin Construction Co., Ltd. concluded a warranty contract for the instant apartment as seen below with Defendant Jinjin Construction.

B. On January 7, 2004, Defendant Progressive Construction Co., Ltd. (1) concluded a warranty contract with the Defendant Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”) on the following terms: (a) on the instant apartment on January 7, 2004, the captain and the head of the Gun as the guarantee creditor; and (b) issued a warranty bond (hereinafter “instant warranty bond contract”).

C. In the construction of the apartment of this case, the defendant Lee Jin-jin Construction failed to construct the part to be constructed in accordance with the design drawing, or performed defective construction or modified construction, and the part to be constructed in relation to the apartment of this case was requested by the plaintiff to repair the defects of the apartment of this case but did not perform it properly.
