A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 1995, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year, for a short of ten months, for an attempt of special larceny at the Changwon District Court on August 30, 1996, with prison labor for a maximum of one year, for a short of ten months, for a short of ten months, for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on December 12, 1997, for a long of one year, for a short of ten months, for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Changwon District Court on May 28, 1999; for a violation of the Specific Crimes Act at the Changwon District Court on March 23, 201, for a short of one year and six months, for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Changwon District Court on January 29, 203 to be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of 1 year and six years at the Busan District Court on May 26, 206, respectively.

At around 11:00 on November 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim D’s residence in Kimhae-si by opening a gate that has not been corrected; and (b) attempted to steals over 11 times the total market price of KRW 9,852,00 on November 17, 2015, with money and valuables equivalent to KRW 2,482,00,00,000, including one 18K hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand, and two 18,000,000, in the market price of KRW 4.52,00,000; and (c) attempted to steal property over three times, as indicated in the list of crimes, the Defendant attempted to do so.
