A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on March 6, 2015, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol at the E main point operated by the victim D (n, 54 years of age) in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, recommended other customers to go home, and the victim was able to go home, which is a dangerous object, and the victim’s back to the bar, suffered injury from the head where the number of days of treatment cannot be determined.
