Criminal facts
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is the person engaged in driving freight cars B;
On June 24, 2015, around 08:50, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at a speed of about 20 km from the direction of Seoul to the direction of Mangsan, while under the influence of alcohol 0.106% in the direction of the sunlight village 2405-dong, Goyang-gu, Goyangyang-si, 106. The Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at a speed of about 20 km in the direction of Seoul.
At the same time, there was a duty of care to make an internship at the permissible location of the U.S. car driving service in compliance with the traffic signal, since it was a road in operation of the bus center.
Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected this and got the victim to go beyond the ground by taking the front part of the victim C(the 40-year-old driver) driving the victim C(the 40-year-old driver) driving, who was going straight in one lane in the direction of the Defendant’s running.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the above cargo in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim C, such as a closed flag, which requires treatment for about six weeks.
2. Around 08:30 on June 24, 2015, the Defendant driven the said B-be truck under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.106% at the 1km-ro 240-om from the front parking lot of Goyang-si 118-30, Goyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, 226, Goyang-si, Seoyang-si, 106.
