Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2014, around 15:52 on March 27, 2014, the Defendant owned a cuss car in B, which was not covered by the mandatory insurance for automobiles, operated the said vehicle on the national highway No. 28 of the Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and operated the said vehicle not covered by the mandatory insurance for automobiles more than six times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the attached crimes.
