Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 11:30, on the ground that the victim C (the 65-year-old, female) was obstructed by another person’s way in front of the Handong-gu B apartment street in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) and (c) placed two times on the part of the victim’s bridge, one meter in length, which is a dangerous object in the vicinity, and suffered injury to the victim, such as knee, knee, in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
