Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as the site manager of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”) who was subcontracted with the Construction Work for Basic Dredging and Kson C&T from Samsung C&T Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”), on June 3, 2011, the Defendant was a person in charge of safety management for the equipment and number of employees in the construction site including the victim F Co., Ltd.
