A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who entered a dump truck in Yang-gu B or D located in Gangwon-do and performs civil engineering works using a dump truck, etc.

On March 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract for the reclamation of land F in Gyeyang-gu, Gangwon-do owned by E with KRW 16 million.

On April 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract for reclamation with the victim G at the above C Office.

The dump truck used a dump truck to “to pay equipment cost of KRW 500,000 per day after receiving construction cost from E on the dump truck.”

However, the Defendant, upon receiving the construction cost from E, was thought to use it as the purchase cost of H land in Yangyang-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, rather than paying the equipment cost to the victim. Since the Defendant had a debt of KRW 70 million as the bad credit holders at the time, there was no intention or ability to pay the equipment cost to the victim, unless it prevents the return of the construction cost from receiving the construction cost from

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and the victim is belonging thereto from April 28, 2015 to the same year.

6. The summary of the evidence that, even though explop truck was carried out by the dump truck until September 19, it did not pay 6050,000 won of the equipment cost and did not pay 6050,000 won of the equipment cost, and did not pay 21,500,000 won of the equipment cost to seven victims as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
