Defendant

A is the representative director of the manufacturing company, such as camping in Jin-si C, which is the defendant B corporation.

1. No person may install emission facilities or operate a business using emission facilities without obtaining permission from the Minister of Environment or filing a report with the Minister of Environment;

Nevertheless, on August 10, 2017, the Defendant, without reporting to the Minister of Environment at the factory B Co., Ltd. on August 10, 2017, conducted production of more than 50 showers using the above public machinery (CNC facilities), which is wastewater discharging facilities, using water 95% (water 95%, and 5% of water cNC facilities).

Accordingly, the Defendant installed emission facilities without reporting to the Minister of Environment, and used them.

2. Defendant B, a representative, committed the above act of violation at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
