The Defendant is the driver of the Raba and the cargo vehicle B.

At around 19:40 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a level of about 500 meters from the agricultural and fishery products market located in the Chang-si, Chang-si, Chang-si to the front of the same Eup, and from the agricultural and fishery products market located in the Chang-si, Chang-si, Young-si to the fishery village in the same Eup.
