Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) A person who intends to run a fee job placement service in violation of the Employment Stabilization Act shall register with the competent authority at the seat of the person;

The defendant is not registered with the competent authority, and from January 2017, the same year shall apply to a police officer from January 2017.

4. From June 23:40, up to the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon E-Ba and F, four juveniles, including U-dong, G, etc., sent the above F, etc. to a entertainment loan, and received 10,000 won per hour for each job, at the singing room in the same Dong, Gae-dong, and Pyeongtaek-dong area.

(b) No person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act shall, for the purpose of profit-making, have juveniles drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange or instigate such acts;

On April 6, 2017, the Defendant received money from 23:20 around Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, and 2, from 23:20, from 23:00 to 3:0 “H singing room”, the Defendant sent two of the juveniles, F, etc. to the said singing room, and arranged the juveniles to provide entertainment services.

2. Defendant B is a person who operates a singing practice hall with the trade name “H”.

A singing practice room business operator shall not employ any entertainment loan, offer good offices therefor, or provide any entertainment services.

Nevertheless, on April 6, 2017, the Defendant, at Daejeon-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, and the second floor, visited A, a news reporting room business operator, and introduced two customers, such as F (n, 15 years of age), to arrange for an entertainment loan.
