Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2015, the Defendant driven approximately 3.5 km from the house of the Defendant in Kim Jong-si to the road in front of the Kim Jong-si Public Security Center, which is about 3.5 km, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.097% during blood transfusion.
