Punishment of the crime

No one shall receive benefits by fraudulent or other illegal means.

Nevertheless, the Defendant obtained 1,50,000 won per month from August 2012 to July 2013 from the Kaststle Central Library located in the Seongdong-dong of Daejeon Metropolitan City, but did not report the change of the welfare recipient’s benefits to the public official in charge of social welfare, and received 1,021,560 won in total as the housing benefits and livelihood benefits under the National Basic Living Security Act for four months from September 2012 to December 2012.
