The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

A certificate of counterfeit document issued by the Financial Services Commission;

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (two years of imprisonment, confiscation) of the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the Defendant’s age and happiness environment, relationship with victims, the details and contents of each of the instant crimes, and the overall sentencing conditions (e.g., equity with the case where the judgment becomes final and conclusive at the same time) indicated in the arguments and records, such as the circumstances after the instant crimes, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. The judgment of the court below is reversed in accordance with Article 364(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and the defendant's appeal is with merit.
