A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had a complaint against the victim C (ma, 75 years of age) and his father, on the ground that the victim was able to take care of his house at the time of the withdrawal of alcohol, or was her mother, and was at the time of her mother. At present, there was a complaint against the victim on the ground that the victim was not suffering from dementia.

1. Bodily injury;

A. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s face from the victim C with dementia at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-gu, Mayang-si; (b) taken the victim’s face from 3-4 times to 3-4 times with his/her hand floor, left the victim’s inner part of the treatment days.

B. From April 20 to April 21, 2013 to around 21, the Defendant: (a) in the place indicated in the preceding paragraph, she strokeed both ear of the victim by hand; and (b) 3 to 4 times with the victim’s face on his/her hand, she strokeed the victim with the victim’s face on his/her hand; and (c)

On April 24, 2013, at around 03:00 to 05:00, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim for the foregoing reasons while drinking alcohol with the victim at the places indicated in paragraph (a) on April 24, 2013; (b) taken a brupt against the victim’s chest, neck, hair, head, etc.; and (c) caused the victim to die due to chest damage (such as a crypus fry, scarke, scarke, and scarke), and scarf damage (brake, scarf, etc.).
