A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of road traffic Acts (measures not yet taken after accidents);

A. At around 01:40 on October 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while driving a D Blue-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-car under the influence of alcohol 0.132% prior to his blood, the Defendant was negligent in performing occupational duties due to an accurate operation of steering gear and brake devices, thereby neglecting the duty of care to prevent the occurrence of an accident; (b) the victim E driving vehicle, which was parked at that place, under the influence of his/her driver’s license, was driven by the rear part of the Defendant’s vehicle so that the repair cost under the market price is destroyed; and (c) the Defendant failed to immediately stop and take necessary measures.

B. Defendant 1 driven the said car in front of G at the time of the above day, and escaped as above in the direction of the agricultural cooperative in the direction of G during the next phase, while driving the said car, the front part of the said damaged vehicle, which was driven by Defendant 1 while driving back again, was reconcepted into the front part of the Defendant 1’s driving vehicle, and thereby damaging the market value, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.

2. On November 9, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine of KRW 1,500,00 as a crime of violating road traffic laws at the Cheongju District Court. On September 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months and two years of suspended execution.

Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.132% during the blood transfusion of the above day, was driving the said car on the road of approximately 500 meters at a distance of 00 meters, from the front of Haju to the parking lot in H, from the Han-si to the Han-si.
