On November 24, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 13:00 on November 24, 2016, driven a motor vehicle with B low-est car at approximately 37 km from the street in the vicinity of the new forest station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the 59-13rd street at the time of harmony.
