Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on February 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in front of the embankment C located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) requested the Defendant to return home to the Defendant after receiving a report from the police officer E belonging to the Seoul Song-gu Police Station D District Station, who called out after receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant scambling and scambling at a closed place of business hours, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s crime prevention and investigation, public peace and order maintenance, and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the police officer’s crime prevention and investigation, public peace and order.
