Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 1, 2012, the Defendant respondeded to the proposal that the Defendant would withdraw the money acquired through deceptioning and singinginging fraud from the Joseon Party E and F, which was known to the police officer on November 2013 while entering the Republic of Korea and living in the Republic of Korea on July 1, 2012, and would offer for 4% of the withdrawal amount when sending it to China.
In China, E obtained by deceiving the nominal bankbook to be used for committing a crime and delivered it to the accused, etc. who is a domestic withdrawal book, and transferred the money by means of minmination to the above mass passbook, and F who manages the domestic withdrawal book, such as the accused, etc., has the domestic withdrawal book to withdraw the amount of damage, and has conspired to serve as a part of sending the amount of damage to China.
1. Fraud;
A. B. In collusion with E, F, and domestic withdrawal books whose name is unknown, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would pay in cash the amount of KRW 500,000 won per head of the Tong, and KRW 2 million per month, if the passbook is leased,” to the victim D at a place unclaimed on or around December 3, 2013, notwithstanding the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price after obtaining the passbook, check card, and relevant password, etc., and that it would be paid in cash from the victim on or around December 4, 2013.”
