Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2017, at around 09:36, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as the background E, backgroundF, and slope G belonging to the Seodaemun Police Station in Seoul, Seodaemun-gu Seoul, and D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D, who was drunk, with a report of 112, that the Defendant was under the influence of the D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D, to take a measure to have the Defendant returned home; (b) the Defendant’s hhh of the E E E’s left hand; and (c) the Defendant’s stop the above F’

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
