The plaintiff's assertion and determination of the parties asserted that the defendant, who was a professor, was at the Gangwon Tourism University operated by the plaintiff, was obligated to return the tuition fees received in return for failure to perform reinforcement after the completion of the course.

On the other hand, the defendant asserts that the class "B" only changed the number of hours per week into one hour a week in accordance with the university regulations that have reduced credits and allowed one-hour class per credit, and that the remaining number of hours of classes is all reinforced, and there is no unfair receipt of tuition fees.
