All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant 1) In the case of Defendant 1’s 2016 High Court Decision 70, Defendant 1 did not assault the victim.

(2) In cases of a case referred to in 2016 and 138, no injury shall be inflicted upon the victim at his/her time.

(3) In cases of a case 2016 senior 162 senior 2016 senior 162, the victim has no record of assault.

④ In the case of the 2016 highestest 637 cases, there is a fact that the victim’s tboard was placed in the victim’s tboard in the context of a special assault, but there is no fact that 3 times the victim’s tboard was placed at the right shoulder, and in relation to the point of the injury, the victim was physically fighting with the victim, and there was no injury in the face.

2. Determination

A. According to the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below as to the defendant's assertion of mistake of facts, the following circumstances are acknowledged. 1) The victim D and F have consistently made a specific and consistent statement from an investigative agency to the lower court’s court on each of the damaged facts, and thus, are highly reliable.

2) In the case of 2016 and 70 cases, according to the photographs taken at the time, it is confirmed that the victim was blicker who used to avoid a fire from the Defendant, and the victim was blick at the face, facing the face, which is suitable for the victim’s statement of damage.

On the other hand, the defendant argued that he should suffer the image if he had taken the victim's face or head with the enormous tree used to avoid fire, and that there is no trace of it, but the photograph taken at the time is examined.
