Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned 1) The Plaintiff is a non-profit corporation established under the Credit Unions Act for the purpose of receiving the deposits of its members and lending the loans to its members. (2) Defendant B worked for the Plaintiff Union from October 1993 to December 2012, 200, and was in charge of taking overall charge of lending and receiving the loans from its members since 2004. Defendant C worked for the Plaintiff Union from April 1993 to October 2009, while working for the Plaintiff Union from 2007 to 2007.
