1. A contract concluded on May 16, 2013 between the Defendant and B on the transfer of real estate indicated in the separate sheet between the Defendant and B is 87,008.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 29, 2010, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against B with the Seoul Central District Court and sentenced “B shall pay to the Plaintiff 81,275,033 won and 81,274,914 won with 15% interest per annum from March 15, 2010 to April 9, 2010, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.”

The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

B. As of March 4, 2016, the amount of claims for reimbursement based on the above judgment held by the Plaintiff against B is KRW 87,008,144.

C. B had the maximum debt amount of KRW 150 million with respect to the real estate indicated in the separate sheet owned by E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and the collateral security that became the debtor E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant collateral security”) and the secured debt. On May 16, 2013, B transferred the said collateral security and secured debt to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant transfer contract”), and completed the additional registration for the transfer of the instant collateral security and secured debt to the Defendant thereafter.

At the time of the transfer contract of this case, the financial status of B except the collateral security claim of this case is as specified in the following table.
