Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2013, at around 05:18, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, locked from the police officer F of the Cheongju Police Station E Zone E zone, called from the said police officer, who was called up after receiving a report from 112, was urged to return home from the said police officer, and took out his/her bath to F, and took a bath to him/her once he/she drinking.

As a result, the defendant assaulted the above police officer, thereby obstructing the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order.
