1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance on each of the claims by the Plaintiff Usung Food Co., Ltd. and B&C Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant: (a) was a corporation whose principal business is to operate the instant golf course located in 11-1, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) recruited a special bearer member in early 2012, and the recruitment guide (hereinafter “instant instruction”) included the following details in the recruitment guide.

In the area of application by all members of the Signers Special Arms Association special life zone, 1 team for all members of the special life zone, 3.0 p.m. special life zone, 3.0 p.m., 3.0 p.m., 3.0 p.m., 1.0 p.m., 1.0 p.m., 2.0 p.m., 3.0 p.m.: 4 times a month (per week permission, 3.0 p.m.) - The Bank, Han Bank (691-18015-07505) within 8 times in total, 3.0 p.m.

B. After receiving the instant notice, the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Association of Rice Processed Food, on June 19, 2012; on May 8, 2012, the Plaintiff’s genetic food; on July 10, 2012, the Plaintiff’s Brazil C&C entered into an membership agreement on April 2, 2012, and on May 31, 2012, the Plaintiff’s tax rate (hereinafter “each of the instant membership agreements”); and the main contents are as follows.

(hereinafter “A” refers to the Defendant, “B”, and “B” refers to the Plaintiffs. The goods agreed upon under Article 2 (Agreemented Articles) of the Membership Agreement (Name of Special Arms) are one copy of the golf course membership of “A”.

Article 4 (Entry Fees)

1. Membership fees shall be deposited in full for A;

2.The amount to be deposited by Eul in paragraph (1) above shall be KRW 400 million per one account, and the payment method and date shall be as follows:

Article 5 (Refund of Membership Payments)

1.B may request the return of the amount of membership for a period of 60 days from the date seven years have elapsed since the date of membership of B;

Provided, That no separate notice shall be given for the arrival of the period for returning the membership fee.

Article 9 (Other)

1. Matters not specified in this Arrangement shall be determined by the terms and conditions of use, the rules of the Association, and in other cases, A and B shall be determined by agreement.
