A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of November 2018, the Defendant: (a) demanded to lend money to the victim at the house of the victim C of the building C of the building C of the Cheongju-gu, Seoul, the end of November 2018; (b) however, the Defendant concealed the height of the vehicle of the Eccoo on the display site of the living room on the ground that the victim refused it; and (c) stolen the vehicle of KRW 19,000,000,000 which is owned by the victim in the above Bcoo-gu parking lot.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the money properly even if he borrowed money from the victim without any property or income at the time.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 1 million in cash from the victim under the same day as the borrowed money, and transferred KRW 500,000 to the I Association account in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 4,90,000 from the said I Association account three times on September 12, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant was given a total of 5.9 billion won by deceiving the victim.

Around January 4, 2018, the Defendant, “2019No692, the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Council decided to lease the Lane Lane car owned by the Cheongju-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Council to KRW 1,150,000,000 per month usage fee and kept the said car for the victim company. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant embezzled the car by voluntarily providing it as security for the above borrowed money by borrowing KRW 6,00,000 to G on the front of the Cheongju-gu Incheon Special Metropolitan City M apartment.
