1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. The Plaintiffs are regular trucking business operators who engage in general area cargo transport business.

From October 20, 205 to December 27, 2012, as indicated in the details of each violation of attached Table 2, the Plaintiffs registered a substitute-vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle scrapping in this case”) with the content of replacing the Plaintiffs with the freezing vehicles, cleaning vehicles, cash-transport vehicles, or general or special-use truck with the content of replacing the vehicles for which the supply was permitted by the Plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle scrapping in this case”).

(hereinafter) On October 22, 2014, the head of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mine Office: (a) changed the vehicles indicated in the separate “vehicle before the front of the front scrapping of the front-down 2” to the vehicle before the front-down 2014; (b) on the ground that the Plaintiffs violated the former Trucking Transport Business Act (amended by Act No. 13382, Jun. 22, 2015; hereinafter “former Trucking Transport Business Act”; and (c) the main sentence of Article 3(3) of the former Trucking Transport Business Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26251, May 26, 2015; hereinafter “former Trucking Transport Business Act”) on the ground that “The Plaintiffs violated the provisions of Article 19(1)2(3) of the former Trucking Transport Business Act; (c) the former Enforcement Decree of the Trucking Transport Business Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26251, May 26, 2015); and (c) the Plaintiff 2600 U.

Since August 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) against the Plaintiff’s Japanese system visa on August 17, 2015; (b) against the Plaintiff’s New World License on August 24, 2015, against the Plaintiff’s New World License; and (c) with respect to Plaintiff’s Yellow Paper, and Hyundai License on October 5, 2015.
