A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2014, around 16:50, the Defendant driven BranHG car without obtaining a driver’s license for a section of about 15 km from the center of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, Jincheon-do to the street in front of the 36 Jincheon-gu, Jincheon-gu, Jincheon-do, Seoul to the street street of the same Doesan-do.
